CiTi BOCES is seeking a full- ti me Prac ti cal Nursing instructor for the Adult Educa ti on department.

The Prac ti cal Nursing Instructor will:

• Work with adult learners in the classroom, lab and at clinical sites.

• Expected to act as a student advisor,

• Lead classroom learning,

• Observe pa ti ent care given by students.

• Lead pre- and post-conferences.

• Communicate with staff concerning student expecta ti ons and limitations,

• Participate in professional development and team mee ti ngs.

• Have effec ti ve verbal and wri tt en communica ti on skills.

  Timeframe:

  Annually, August 1st through June 30th, Attendance at graduation is expected.

Job Qualifications

RN with MSN (or enrolled in school for the MSN) and at least one-year of nursing.
