Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team through March 2025 for a freelance role offering 40/hours a week. This role is fully onsite in Mettawa, IL.

Responsibilities include:\ 1. Project Compliance Review\ 2. Conduct and Maintain Supplier Compliance\ 3. Onboard new Suppliers as requested\ 4. PO/POCN Support (SRM/SAP)\ 5. Watch GlobalBITeam shared team mailbox and identify and apply correct category for incoming mail (e.g., PO/POCN request, Manager needs to respond, Global Material Review, Invoice Approval for Payment requests, etc.)\ \ Qualifications:\ -2+ years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical or market research industry.\ - SAP knowledge and experience is strongly desired\ - SNAPP knowledge and experience is desired\ - Problem solving and investigatory skills\ - Ability to learn compliance systems, requirements, procedures quickly\ - Experience in a matrix organization/environment\ - Excellent, thorough and concise communication skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
