The Manager, Sales Forecasting COE Operations will support the consolidation of Net Sales planning and reporting for US Therapeutics and report to the Senior Manager, Sales Forecasting COE Operations Lead. The position is primarily responsible for consolidating US Therapeutics Anticipated Demand Statement (ADS) analytics including supporting variance analysis, commentary, and other supplemental analyses for the monthly ADS submission. This role will also provide additional support for other planning and reporting cycles including Plan, LBE, LRP and monthly Actual reporting. This role will develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business through communication with Sales Forecasting, Price Forecasting, US Therapeutics Finance Planning and Reporting teams, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide comprehensive Anticipated Demand Statement (ADS) support for US Therapeutics including consolidation of the monthly ADS Finance Package, develop Forecast Bias recommendations, and capture resolutions of Forecast Bias recommendations

  • Provide comprehensive support of Samples forecasting process for monthly ADS submission

  • Manage consolidation and upload of SKU level monthly forecast detail for use by Supply Chain Operations

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain as key liaison within US Therapeutics in support of Executive Sales & Operations Plan and Finance Sales & Operations Plan

  • Partner with Global Commercial Finance to ensure that US Therapeutics submits all required ADS analytics.

  • In addition, provide consolidations support for US Therapeutics, which include the following activities:

  • Consolidation of Net Sales planning and reporting by brand including price/volume variance calculations, and Channel/Demand variance consolidation as appropriate for planning and monthly reporting cycles

  • Consolidation and development of executive level sales variance commentary for Key planning and reporting cycles

  • Consolidation of Key Metrics across US Therapeutics for MABI and Incentive Compensation reporting

  • Assist with consolidation of Key Metrics and development of various executive exhibits across US Therapeutics to support quarterly Investor Relations reporting as needed

  • Preparation of weekly sales report and supplemental commentary providing context on variances as needed

  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support/deliverables, as dictated by organizational needs, on various sales related metrics

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. Master’s/MBA is preferred

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication skills to effectively work with various levels of management.

  • Deadlines are often tight, therefore the ability to prioritize and quickly understand issues/assess data integrity is critical.

  • 7+ years combined experience in cost accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or financial planning and analysis is required.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience with TM1 PAX, BPC and Power BI is preferred.
