Aston Carter Documentation Specialist in Mettawa, Illinois

Join our industry-leading US Patient Services team as a Documentation Specialist where you will provide operational administrative support in vendor contracting and invoicing. As part of our dedicated team, you will process various contracting documents, act as a liaison between our business and vendors, and ensure timely execution of contracts. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and accountability among stakeholders, while also identifying key data points in contracts to understand the nature of the work effectively.

Job Description:

• Will process purchase orders, invoices, statements of work, contract amendments, credit memos, and other contracting documentation and requests

• Serves as a liaison between our business and our vendors

• Will be responsible to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines

• Being positive and building strong relationships is critical for this role

• Will identify key data points from lengthy contracts and be able to quickly understand the nature of the work

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency

  • SAP or ERP System

  • Documentation Processing

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office (Mon-Wed or Tue-Thu) and 2 days remote. The environment is flexible and understanding but requires effective communication.
