Description
We are in search of an Account Manager to become a part of our team located in Methuen, Massachusetts. This role offers an employment opportunity, primarily focusing on providing administrative support to our Account Management and Sales team. The individual will be required to handle data management tasks, pay attention to detail, and support sales operations.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and restructure data, contributing to precise forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of precision in all tasks, from managing customer inquiries to the preparation of sales documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to produce and manage customer quotes, ensuring prompt and precise responses.
• Carry out meticulous data entry tasks, upholding high standards of accuracy and organization.
• Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, facilitating efficient operations and effective client interactions.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including knowledge of advanced Excel formulas.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Prior experience in inbound sales is necessary; candidates must demonstrate a history of converting inquiries into sales.
• Strong organizational skills are needed to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be advantageous.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• High level of motivation and commitment to driving sales growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
