Description
We are in search of an Account Manager to become a part of our team located in Methuen, Massachusetts. This role offers an employment opportunity, primarily focusing on providing administrative support to our Account Management and Sales team. The individual will be required to handle data management tasks, pay attention to detail, and support sales operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Account Management and Sales team through comprehensive administrative services, ensuring efficient client interactions and smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data, contributing to precise reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization while performing intricate data entry tasks.
• Generate and manage customer quotes in collaboration with the sales team, guaranteeing timely and accurate responses.
• Pay careful attention to all tasks, ranging from data entry to the preparation of quotes and sales documentation.
• Provide expert handling of quotes, showcasing your exceptional data entry abilities and proficiency in Excel.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of Excel Formulas. - Required
• Proven experience in providing high-quality Customer Service.
• Demonstrated skills in Inbound Sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Prior experience as an Admin Assistant is preferable but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies that may enhance business processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree would be a plus.
