Robert Half Workday Business Process Admin in Mesquite, Texas

Description We are seeking a Workday Business Process Administrator to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. This role will primarily focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday business processes and configurations within the Workday ERP system. The position will involve a close collaboration with both end users and technical team members. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business processes within the Workday ERP system

• Collaborate with Workday analysts, security, and peer administrators to align best practices with business needs

• Provide technical competency in the design and configuration of Workday business processes

• Operate from tactical to strategic levels, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Workday functionality in a timely manner

• Collaborate across the business to understand requirements, configuration, and testing of Workday solutions for varying business problems

• Conduct proactive continual improvement activities and measures within supported business organizations

• Lead and facilitate quarterly testing and college release cycles for Workday’s bi-annual release process

• Drive the implementation of new Workday modules

• Work within Agile, Lean environments, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Manage initiatives, themes, and epics to completion in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Workday HCM is required

• Knowledge of Workday HRIS is essential

• Experience with Workday Integration is a must

• Familiarity with Workday ERP is necessary

• Proficient in using Workday software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
