Job Requirements

·        Worker must possess 3 months of tree fruit experience.

·        Must anticipate being available to work the entire contract period.

·        Drug Screen

·        Lifting requirement 60 lbs.

·        Exposure to extreme temperatures

·        Extensive pushing or pulling

·        Extensive sitting or walking

·        Frequent stooping or bending over

·        Repetitive movements

 

The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.

Requerimientos para el trabajo

·        Debe tener por lo menos 3 meses de experiencia de trabajo de huerta.

·        Debe de anticipar poder trabajar lo que dura el trabajo.

·        Prueba de drogas

·        Requisito de levantamiento de 60 lbs.

·        Exposición a temperaturas extremas

·        Empujar y tirar con frecuencia

·        Sentarse y caminar durante mucho tiempo

·        Agacharse con frecuencia

·        Movimientos repetitivos

 

El empleador proveerá, sin costo, las herramientas, artículos y equipo de protección necesaria para hacer el trabajo requerido.

Crop and Pay

Hourly wage is $19.25. The payroll period shall be weekly.

 

Piece rate is as follow:

Apple harvest per bin (47"x 47" X 24.5)

• Honey Crisp - $31.76
• Cripps - $30.00
• All other varieties - $28.26

Apricot Harvest

·        $19.25 an hour

Cherry Harvest

·        Red - $.22 per pound

·        Yellow - $.21 per pound

 

Cosecha y Pago El trabajo es pagado a $19.25 por hora. El pago será semanal.

El pago por destajo es como se indica aquí abajo:
