Meet the team:
The team for Dexcom is a dynamic work environment where the finalized process of the entire production process gets closed. The Manufacturing Associate 2 position is for the G6 Development within Dexcom. This role will provide a first-hand experience with operating a variety of developmental manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the development and production of the company\'s current generation of products and processes.
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.
Dexcom Shifts:
Shift: 1A Sunday- Tuesday/every other Wednesday 5:00am-5:00pm
Shift: 1B Thursday- Saturday/every other Wednesday 5:00am-5:00pm
Location: (Dobson) Mesa, Arizona
Where you come in:
- You will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
- You will follow pre-established guidelines and procedures with minimal choice as to method of performance of the work.
- You manage the set up and operation of a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company\'s product.
- You will manage the operation of machinery and use of computers daily.
- You will operate hand tools, or production equipment
- You will assemble products or sub-assemble according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams
- You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
- Follows GMP guidelines.
- You will work under close supervision
- Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires 0- 2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent
Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership
