Nile Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Department. This department provides essential services to children and adults with developmental disabilities residing in their homes.\ \ We are looking for individuals who are dependable, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care and a positive attitude in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.\ \ Responsibilities:\ As an In-Home Caregiver, your role will include but is not limited to:\ - Providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as:\ * Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).\ * Meal preparation.\ * Medication administration and reminders.\ - Offering companionship and emotional support.\ - Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.\ - Supporting individuals with tasks such as:\ * Grocery shopping.\ * Scheduling and attending appointments.\ * Homework assistance.\ - Maintaining accurate records of care and health monitoring.
