We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess expertise in various accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Perform accrual accounting, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting

• Supervise financial audits and tax preparation processes

• Mentor and train junior accounting staff

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in accounting roles, with a focus on financial services -High-level proficiency with Quick Books Online. -High-level proficiency with creating, reconciling, and job costing accounts/budgets.

• Proficiency in debits, credits, and financial statement preparation

• Experience in bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting, tax preparation, and financial auditing
