The work includes analyzing administrative problems and requires independent judgment in the interpretation, application, and enforcement of statutes, rules, regulations, and policies.

Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience. Must have a valid Driver License.

First-level vocational position accountable for technical work involving the least complex equipment operation and maintenance. Employees may also be responsible for repairing traffic signals; installing and maintaining signs; applying herbicide, pesticide, and snow and ice chemicals; striping; traffic control; pothole patching, and responding to natural and man-made disasters. On-the-job training allows you to get a Class A Commercial Driver's License
