Robert Half is offering an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a team, based in Meridian, Idaho, you will be part of their finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closings for accurate statements

• Manage fixed assets and ensure proper tracking and reporting

• Process reimbursements, invoicing, and revenue tracking

• Coordinate project and grant reconciliation

• Prepare for annual audits and ensure compliance

• Monitor financial operations and address issues

• Provide financial reports to funding agencies

• Manage cash flow and banking relationships

• Review accounts payable and receivable transactions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations.

• Demonstrable skills in managing General Ledger and creating Journal Entries.

• Experience with Month End Close is essential.

• Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP is beneficial.

• Past experience with Audit processes is required!

• Grant Accounting experience is a plus.
