Position Overview
The BDR Regional Manager plays an important role within our Sales Support Division, providing leadership and oversight to our Business Development (BDR) team. The BDR Regional Manager will oversee multiple BDR locations including BDR Managers and Representatives. The Business Development team is an integral part of the company’s sales organization, responsible for uncovering a large portion of our leads by identifying key decision makers and collecting business intelligence that drive sales.
Essential Job Duties
Define goals, KPIs and performance metrics for the Business Development team.
Plan, organize, direct and coach Business Development staff to meet objectives.
Mentor staff to maximize KPI potential.
Offer counseling, advice, support, motivation or information based on the needs of the team.
Coach and develop 6-8 managers to drive performance and expand leadership skills.
Achieve quota and breadth of participation for your location by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) written plans of action.
Monitor each BDR Manager’s/Representative’s weekly performance and compare it with that month's objective.
Recruit, hire, onboard and train managers and representatives.
Prepare in advance and conduct regular weekly and monthly team meetings.
Review the performance of the managers and representatives in order to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
Conduct and give feedback to managers on quarterly business reviews where your managers review team results, successes and plans of action.
Manage a SME team of managers with an area of focus and work on special projects to grow the business.
Work to improve your sales skills, leadership skills, business skills and product knowledge.

Position Overview
The HCM Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and developing emerging market business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements. The HCM Account Executives at Paylocity work in a fast-paced business environment that is very competitive and quota-driven and targets small businesses.The best HCM Account Executives are hunters, capable of creating their own activity in the field and constantly looking for that next sale. A strong predictor of success for an Account Executive, is someone who incorporates a consultative approach to their sales technique, has exceptional good prospective skills, the ability to be persistent, and has a passion for what is being sold!

Responsibilities

Ability to generate net-new business opportunities, leveraging the company’s expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry
Schedule and present Paylocity services with prospective clients
Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
Organize, complete and obtain documentation required for clients to move to Paylocity system
Work directly with internal departments to ensure smooth transition for client
Using initiative, develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, professional and personal contacts and other sources
Build and maintain relationships within the Broker channel as well as other referral sources
Maintain contact with existing customers to determine needs for additional services
Attend trade shows, conferences and other events to promote Paylocity services
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota for your territory
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing and motivating sales teams
Minimum 2+ years leading leaders
Experience in B2B sales, customer service, and customer retention
Strong recruitment, development and retention experience
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Prior experience using a CRM system for client management
Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize workload
Proven leadership and relationship building skills
Ability to multi-task
Proven results of delivering client solutions
Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, and ability to understand Sales mindset to create value proposition for quicker assimilation into work process
Strong active listening skills to be able to uncover client needs and objectives
Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this position is $67,700 - $125,700/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
