Job Title: Lead CNC Machinist / 2nd Shift Machining & Production Supervisor

Job Description

Join our team in a critical leadership role as a 2nd Shift Machining & Production Supervisor. You will oversee all daily operations of the assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping objectives are met. This role requires a high level of communication skills and the ability to perform disciplinary actions, mentor, and train employees. Take ownership of your team and collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure cohesiveness. You will also ensure that machines and employees are organized properly to achieve company goals, operate CNC machines in cases of short staffing, recognize problem processes or unsafe setups, and recommend alternatives. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm – 1:00am.

Work Site

Work Environment

The workshop is large, clean, and climate-controlled with approximately 45 employees. As a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist and Production Supervisor, you will oversee 6-8+ operators.
