• The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all production activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all roofing projects.
• To assure that their foremen and crews are installing a great roof for our customers and hat in doing so, they perform their work safely, efficiently, per specifications and to the exacting standards of Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal is known for in the markets it serves.
• To represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
• To effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals.
• Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor quality of installations, change orders and job progress billing.
• Schedule project inspection, job walk and to review progress.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all roof replacement, repair, warranty projects.
