Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team based in Mentor, Ohio. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to order entry, purchase orders, invoice processing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Strong focus on order entry and generation of purchase orders to be emailed to customers

• Manage all material and freight costs associated with purchase orders

• Assist customers with inquiries about shipped orders, prices, and invoicing discrepancies

• Ensure accurate and efficient payment processing

• Handle phone calls, exhibiting comfortability and professionalism

• Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Prepare and follow up on quotes with customers

• Use MS Dynamics and Office 365 software for various tasks

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in invoice processing and managing purchase orders.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage and resolve queries effectively.

• Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
