YOUR ROLE

  • Adopting and contributing to KPIs for innovation acceleration NPI24, NPI60, etc.).

  • Able to leverage our digital Product Development platform using it in a daily basis, as a Batch & Task performer.

  • Be an active player on a Cross-training and training of team across technologies - Lab quality (calibration, certification, …) co-responsibility.

  • Being a role player on 5S and Lab Safety programs for Product Development.

  • Establishing and keeping a good networking and relationship with other areas in the business.

  • Leading & continuously improving ACC PD participation in Mentor Application center visits.

  • Be able to propose new standards or internal test methods to analyze products.

  • Capable to fabricate whatever is needed to test the product in application clinics or for customer demonstrations.

  • Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the lab notebooks

  • Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales and Production areas.

  • Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.

  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products.

  • Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment.

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies.

  • Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, One note etc.).

The salary for this role is $65,000.00- $70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
