Our Team Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries What You Will Do *Maintain and update data in ERP system; Audit work order documentation *Maintain records, documentation, and manuals for specific departments *Spare parts inventory management *Provide cost / data analysis *Communicate with suppliers when placing orders and requesting quotations *Support continuous improvement activities Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1+ years\' experience in an administrative role Experience with Microsoft Word (Ex: Document creation/editing) and Microsoft Excel (Ex: formatting cells, formulas, tables/graphs/charts) What Will Put You Ahead Experience with quoting Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.
