FTE: 1.000000 Shift: 1 Schedule: Monday-Friday working first shift, no weekends or holidays Job Summary: Responsible for pharmaceutical procurement and working with Home Delivery and Specialty Pharmacy to optimize and manage pharmacy inventory. Supports maintenance of pharmacy inventory technology systems and the integration of inventory management. This includes receiving the order, ensuring drop ship items are received, maintain accurate counts in both Coreflex and Epic systems, and help to manage our 340B process. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A Minimum of 3 year\'s experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician training program is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Leadership training is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Exceptional customer service skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group. Proven attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. Proven leadership skills. Experience with various computer systems and programs.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Application for Wisconsin registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required by hire date and must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Staff hired into this role prior to 3/31/23 must have applied for Wisconsin registration by 3/31/23 and have until 3/31/24 to obtain registration. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through passing the Pharmacy Technician Certification Boards exam (PTCE) or the National Healthcareer Associations exam (ExCPT) is required within 6 months of hire.
