Aerotek Maintenance Technician START SOON in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative and predictive equipment maintenance to ensure optimum reliability and uptime.

  • Maintain the integrity of the facilities and operating equipment to ensure safety requirements are met and safe, reliable products are delivered to customers.

  • Use maintain the preventative maintenance system, following all computer-based and paper processes for work order completion and documentation.

  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis for operating problems, identify contributing causes for non-operating events, and work to eliminate the root cause for continuous improvement.

  • Integrate closely with the manufacturing team to provide accurate, concise, and professional updates on important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and estimated time until completion.

  • Lead projects to purchase, remove, install, and make operational equipment needed to efficiently meet production needs.

  • Schedule and monitor all work performed by outside contractors to ensure it meets required timelines and industry standards.

  • Perform limited general labor as needed.

Job Type & Location

This position operates on the 1st shift, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility on start time. This is a Permanent position near Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
