As the Site Administrator, you will oversee the preparation, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of site IT hardware, software, and related IT infrastructure. Under the guidance of the IT Manager Site Administration, you\'ll participate in technical research and development to promote continuing innovation within the IT infrastructure at the local sites. You will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, and related procedures follow organizational values. You Will: Providing support to the site and remote personnel with company computer systems, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Mobile, RF devices and AV equipment. Imaging, deployment, and inventory of computers and software. Configuration of computer systems, printers, associated peripherals, and software to meet job roles. Maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure hardware and software onsite or remotely while utilizing Service Management software and working with Managed Services to resolve IT issues. Create accounts for new users, configure settings and features, manage security, access permissions, and remove inactive accounts. Maintain computers, servers, backups, and user accounts. Participate in global IT project work including design, planning, coordinating, and implementation as assigned by IT Management team. Available to respond to site support after hours is required during outages, issues, and tasks that have a business impact. You Have: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.
