Problems may be related to personal computing hardware, MS Windows desktop operating systems, MS Office products, miscellaneous client access software and a variety of other software programs. This position may also have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality, performance and availability of business applications running on the hospitals\' network. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Three or more years of relevant Help Desk and customer service experience is required.
