Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will be an integral part of our team, functioning as a key contact for our customers and ensuring all aspects of order management are handled efficiently. This role is in the industry of service management and requires a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with our sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer orders, including purchase orders and order confirmations.
• Address order-related issues and resolve any exceptions such as pricing discrepancies.
• Monitor customer orders and take appropriate action for any credits, cancellations, or revisions.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures as per our standard operating procedures and other relevant process documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers and handling inbound customer calls and emails related to orders, products, and services.
• Work cohesively as part of a team to deliver quality results.
Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales is required.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Office Functions and Procedures.
• Understanding of company Policy and Compliance regulations.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Demonstrated understanding of Quality, Finance, and Pricing principles.
• Knowledge of Logistics, Retail, and Brand Awareness.
• Ability to act as a Liaison between different departments or organizations.
• Willingness to Travel as per job requirements.
• Experience in handling Confirmations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders.
• Experience with Oracle, Monitoring Tool, CRM, Microsoft Office Suites, and SAP R/3.
