Summary:

Meta is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager in PDO, you are responsible for managing data collection and labeling programs end-to-end, working cross-functionally to optimize existing programs, proactively surfacing insights and providing recommendations for product improvement, and actively engaging with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge hardware products and AI experiences.

Required Skills:

Reality Labs Project Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple data collection and labeling projects end-to-end, including working with Engineering, Research Assistants, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders

2. Own project success metrics and timelines

3. Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results

4. Proactively identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and implement scalable solutions

5. 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects

6. Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative

7. Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
