Meta IDC Security Analyst in Menlo Park, California
Summary:
Meta is seeking a highly skilled Security Professional to join our Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) team as an individual contributor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing risk for our rapidly scaling Data Center infrastructure.You should be able to define a clear mid-to-long term vision for security that aligns with business priorities, drive and support cross-functional projects and programs, and influence partners to prioritize and execute against critical security initiatives.

IDC Security Analyst Responsibilities:
Establish and mature a risk-informed baseline strategies and programs to secure a diverse global portfolio of mission-critical infrastructure and operations
Serve as a comprehensive security expert accountable for security risk management across multiple logical and physical security domains (e.g., Data Security, Physical Security, Logistics and Supply Chain Security, and Incident Response)
Assess security risk and communicate information about security threats and vulnerabilities to inform business decisions and drive strategy
Assess and report on effectiveness of security controls to inform security strategy, manage security risk, and enable business operations
Develop technical security guidance (e.g., standards, guidelines, playbooks) that aligns corporate policy, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements for securing IDC infrastructure
Influence and align work to the overarching team and organizational vision and strategy
Coach, mentor, support and care for the team to enable long-term career development, happiness, and success at scale
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience securing logistics operations, processes, and infrastructure
7+ years combined experience in physical security, cyber security, supply chain security, and risk management of mission-critical infrastructure design, construction and operations
Technical experience across multiple security disciplines
Experience managing, executing, and successfully delivering multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience securing large scale and globally dispersed mission-critical infrastructure (e.g., hyperscale data centers, subsea and terrestrial cable, nuclear, major utilities, etc.)
Experience working on or managing projects that have enterprise-wide impact and/or multi-organization cross functional stakeholders
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2), risk assessment methodologies, and compliance regulations
Public Compensation:
$137,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
