Meta HR Business Partner, Gen AI in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Gen AI organization. The role will partner with both engineering and tech XFN within the Gen AI product organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a rapidly growing organization.

Required Skills:

HR Business Partner, Gen AI Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization

  2. Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth

  3. Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  4. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  5. Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans

  6. Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  7. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

  8. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

  9. Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed

  10. Facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

  11. Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  2. Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business

  3. Demonstrates project management and change management experience

  4. Effective communication and problem solving skills

  5. Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  6. Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

  7. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  8. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale

  9. Experience supporting Technical teams

Public Compensation:

$147,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
