Meta GenAI Program Manager in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to drive strategic programs for GenAI Product Data Operations (PDO). Product Data Operations delivers human data and labels that power Meta’s AI products. As a Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GenAI programs by driving large scale cross-functional initiatives, including defining the operational strategy and leading the execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of GenAI initiatives. Required Skills:

GenAI Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Define and lead program execution strategy for GenAI Programs – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product data via programmatic solutions.

  2. Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to identify and prioritize data needs to accelerate GenAI product development cycles.

  3. Identify and resolve critical program risks, and build plans to mitigate.

  4. Build project teams with 'customer focus’ and effective communication with a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a “no barriers” mentality.

  5. Contribute to developing the GenAI Product Data Operations function.

  6. Lead work across teams to inform annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, management consulting, product management, portfolio operations, or a technical field

  2. 7+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, with 4+ years of XFN management or virtual team management.

  3. Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams.

  4. Communication skills in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior management. Experience communicating change management to XFNs and stakeholders.

  5. Track record of embracing ambiguity, driving a team to perform at their best, being detail-oriented, and delivering information in a highly organized manner.

  6. Experience in pivoting quickly and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities.

  1. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.

  2. Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields is a plus.

Public Compensation:

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
