Job Posting: Finance Treasury Associate

Location: Menlo Park (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

A top-tier financial services provider dedicated to supporting high-growth companies backed by venture capital and private equity throughout their development. Specializing in debt financing, equity investments, and related services, the firm focuses on dynamic sectors.

Requirements

Some responsibilities include:

• Assist with cash position, monitor cash balances and cash flow projections.

• Respond and assist with EFT payments, such as wire transfers and ACH payments.

• Assist with banking reconciliations.

• Collaborate with other departments/teams with the firm.

• Maintain treasury policies and procedures.

• Complete ad-hoc reporting on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant treasury experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Experience with payment operations (ACH, Wire)

• Intermediate Excel

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
