TRANSCONTINENTAL PACKAGING Journeyman Electrician in MENASHA, Wisconsin

Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Menasha plant, including, but not limited to - Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Menasha plant. Follows procedures for proper handling, labeling, storage, and use of various types of products within the plant or on company property. Participation and involvement in associated committees or activities Drive continuous improvement activities to help achieve plant goals and targets Take action on unsafe situations Troubleshoot on designated industrial equipment, PLC, Drive, control systems and department machine centers Use the CMMS system for managing work orders and backlog/documentation, ensure compliance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Ensure effective employee relations, including leading by example Ensures best practices are communicated and followed up on Provide training, direction and mentorship to apprentices and peers for performance and process improvement initiatives Able to interpret and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Attend meetings such as work order back log, vendor/contractor opening and closing meetings Required monitoring on facilities AMU/HVAC/OXIDIZER systems.
