Job Description:

Responsibilities

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Communications Coordinator I to join our dynamic Corporate Office located in Menands, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining relevant content across various platforms to effectively communicate our mission, initiatives, and updates to both internal and external audiences. The Communications Coordinator I will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director, as well as directors and managers across various departments, to grasp their unique requirements. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our communication materials resonate effectively with our audience by tailoring the content, tone, and style to align seamlessly with our organization's vision and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of relevant communications experience; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and five years of such experience; OR seven years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with writing, editing and content strategy to reach target audience.

  • Experience using software and multiple platforms for the production of professional reference documents or training materials.

  • Training or other presentation experience

Conditions of Employment

Management/Confidential position.

Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will be available.

Travel, up to 10%, will be required.
