Robert Half Sr. HR Data Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr HR Data Analyst position for our client. This role can be performed remotely, working CST hours. As a Sr HR Data Analyst, you will be a key player on their team, utilizing your skills to analyze, interpret, and present employee data in innovative ways to boost business performance and growth. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to develop and execute analysis plans, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and work across all areas of the talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects.

• Utilize data visualization best practices to design and enhance Power BI dashboards.

• Develop reports in Workday to support analytics projects and stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance recurring analytic deliverables.

• Prepare and stage data for analysis, including data wrangling, cleaning, transforming, merging, and modeling.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and correlations in key workforce metrics.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR data sources and ensure data quality and integrity.

• Proactively identify workforce challenges and opportunities through predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques.

• Translate data into visually compelling stories and deliver presentations summarizing analytic findings.

• Stay up to date on emerging trends in HR analytics and recommend new tools and techniques to advance the team's capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficient in Reporting and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Operations and Analytics

• Experienced in Planning Processes and Review procedures

• Design skills and ability to create effective Presentations

• Proficient in Metric Reporting and Optimization

• Experience with SQL and Staffing procedures

• Ability to effectively communicate with Stakeholders

• Knowledge of Python and ability to Execute tasks effectively

• Coding skills and ability to maintain Confidentiality
