Your Role

As our Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will provide exemplary customer service to our customers, clients, and vendors to create a stellar customer experience. You will get to exercise your problem solving capabilities and road logistics know-how to make sure our customers get their cargo safe and on-time.

Your Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge in LTL, cubic capacity, LTL spot quotes and full truckload to support our customers' logistics needs

• Determine best mode (LTL, Volume and TL) based on transit and cost

• Book Loads and utilize our DAT system to search for available trucks/new carriers

• Regularly input and update our TMS entries

• Perform daily planning of freight to maximize utilization and profit for our clients

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Finance, or Accounting is beneficial

• 2+ years experience in truck brokerage and/or LTL

• 1+ years experience in customer service

• A team player who can work effectively with all levels of an organization

• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
