Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator n Memphis, Tennessee. This role is centered on providing clerical and administrative support within the Payroll department, with a particular focus on payroll processing.

Handle paperwork, filing, and copying tasks to maintain organized employee records Assist with general office tasks as needed Accurately and timely process payroll using ADP and other accounting software systems Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies, addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees Assist in scheduling interviews for job candidates and conducting background checks and reference verifications Facilitate new permanent orientations and onboarding processes Provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager as needed Maintain and manage 401k Experience with Workday Requirements Workday Excel 3+ years payroll processing Attention to details Maintain Confidentiality
