Summary:

The Loan Operations Sr Processor position is in our Lender Support group (LenderLink). This LenderLink position would be responsible for analyzing and being involved in the solution to our more complex products and issues as it relates to the Consumer and Commercial Lending portfolios. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to maintain poise under pressure and views their work as their self-portrait. The position would also offer support to the other members of Lender Support staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing questions or issues on Consumer and Commercial Loans products that are received through our Dashboard, email or by phone.

  • Review Loan documentation for system accuracy

  • Analyze Consumer and Commercial system data

  • Help monitor and manage group SLA and compliance.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrates leadership ability

  • Ability to communicate effectively with own team, other teams within the department, as well as line of business partners

  • Ability to manage positive working relationships across the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a timely manner

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to determine the root cause of an issue, when needed by analyzing data and / or documentation to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and or regulatory and risk requirements all while meeting department service level agreements

  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience

  • Prefer 5 years banking experience in either consumer or commercial lending operations or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of standard accepted practices or agreed upon Service Level Agreements

  • Preferred knowledge of federal lending requirements related to lending functions and regulations

  • In-depth knowledge in either consumer or commercial loans required – an understanding of both is preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • College degree preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and occasionally external customers

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
