Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond to their inquiries promptly

• Process and review customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Manage and update customer information in the database consistently

• Utilize computer programs and Microsoft Excel to perform daily tasks effectively

• Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction

• Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with their concerns and requests

• Adopt the 'About Time' approach to manage tasks and deliver results within set deadlines. Requirements • Proficient in various computer programs

• Knowledgeable in the 'About Time' software

• Capable of answering inbound calls effectively

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers with various inquiries

• Experienced in order entry process

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel TalentMatch®
