Job Summary:

As Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and management of private, public, and/or hybrid cloud platform services supporting the development of complex analytical applications at enterprise scale. In this role the candidate will utilize their networking and security protocol knowledge to ensure safe and scalable environment provisioning while protecting accessibility to data assets residing within. Familiarity with developing infrastructure as code using scripts, templates, blueprints, workflows, CI/CD orchestration tools, and other automation technologies. Continuous collaboration will be an important aspect of this role working with a variety of architects and peer engineering teams ensuring deployed services meet the highest levels of scalability, reliability, and performance while balancing security, maintainability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

· Automate and configure a scalable cloud solution for data and analytics platform.

· Deploy & implement a cloud solution using best Cloud DevOps practices.

· Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Cloud solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.

· Collaboration with engineers, leads, product managers, architects building systems to meet all business requirements.

· Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures with SRE mindset.

Must haves:

· Working experience in Terraform or any equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool

· Experience in Azure Fundamentals or any other Cloud Providers

· Experience in Web Services & APIs

· Hands on experience in programming Languages like Python & YAML

· Understanding of operating systems: Linux OS

· Understanding of DevOps Fundamentals, Processes and CI/CD pipelines

· Understanding of Software Development, Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC) in Cloud environments

Nice to haves:

· Experience with SCM tools like Git.

· Cloud Fundamental Certifications (preferably Azure)

· Project/Agile Management tools like Azure DevOps

· Exposure to MLOps and/or building machine learning models

General:

· Strong oral and written skills required

· Teamwork & collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across organization

· Strong desire to learn and pick up new initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. One (1) years’ experience in IT, some hands-on experience in cloud engineering or related field. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Annual Range $67,440 - $101,160

*Domicile Information: * This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
