Description I have a client seeking a candidate with Accounts Payable background and strong administrative skills.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, serving as a liaison for multiple departments within the company. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves answering phones and submitting work orders for facility-related issues. Key responsibilities include processing invoices in ServiceNow, managing utility bills in Excel (requiring knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas), and entering numerous requisitions for supplies related to facility and maintenance needs. The role also involves high-volume invoicing for data entry to the Accounts Payable department. Training will be provided.
