Essential Functions:

• Performs routine cleaning for facilities interior and exterior including but not limited to:
• Gathering and empting various trash containers; replaces trash liners.
• Cleaning and dusting all appropriate surface areas in break rooms and common areas as well as production areas throughout the Company, including but not limited to countertops, tables, desks, chairs, microwaves, refrigerators, and equipment.
• Wiping down windows, glass and elevator surfaces .Dusting furniture, walls, office machines and equipment.
• Cleaning all floors in stairwells, hallways, office areas, lab areas, and general work areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
• Sweeping parking areas as needed.
• Cleaning various dental equipment/machinery.
• Cleaning exterior common areas around the Company facility such as but not limited to building entrance, outside sitting area, and patio area as necessary.
• Attends restrooms including but not limited to:
• Cleaning and wiping down countertops, sink basins, and mirrors.
• Mopping/sweeping floors to ensure all trash and water is removed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilet/urinals.
• Cleaning and wiping down doors and walls as necessary.
• Restocking toilet paper, seat covers, and paper towels dispensers.
• Checking and refilling air freshener dispensers as needed.
• Responds promptly to immediate cleaning needs such as major spills or other cleaning requests.
• Restocks supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas as necessary.
• Performs minor repairs and installation of fixtures and accessories.Completes minor repairs and building improvements.
• Notifies management of any major service and/or improvement needs.
• Oversees supply usage and submits request for supplies and equipment in a timely manner to not hinder continued execution of job duties.
• Responds and fulfills general supply request in a prompt manner.
• Follow all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.
• Performs general grounds-keeping duties such as but not limited to watering plants, sweeping/raking leaves, and removal of dead foliage from planter areas as necessary.
• Assists with setting up and breaking down meetings and special events as necessary.
• Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of janitorial experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of porter experience.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and repair, a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Pay Rate:$18/hr
