Description

*Financial Planning and Forecasting *

•Support the team in managing the monthly estimate process and presentation decks.

•Participate in the preparation of quarterly earnings calls including Executives review materials, quarterly guidance press tables and other supporting documents.

•Perform foreign exchange spot rate update and impact analyses based on various rate scenarios

•Perform Market and Retail Sales trend and risk analysis

Strategic Analysis

•Prepare and analyze our comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation decks, adding actionable insights, key drivers and trends to the materials, which summarize key takeaways for Senior Management

•Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives

Process Improvement & Reporting

•Support Corporate FP&A end to end integrated business planning improvement initiatives.

•Evaluate opportunities for reporting enhancements and partner with the Corporate FP&A Operations & Financial Systems team to create reports in a standardized, efficient, and effective manner, on an ongoing basis.

Collaboration & Business Partnership

•Build collaborative relationships with Brand, Regional and Corporate Finance teams

•Work with our OneSource partners on reporting execution, developing strong relationships and lines of communication.

Qualifications

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required

•5 years of experience

•Experience in fast moving consumer products industry

•Must be analytical, detailed oriented and accurate with the ability to identify, research, and resolve issues

•Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus

•Excellent communication skills, including high-quality slide presentations, clear and concise written communication, and engaging and compelling verbal communication

•Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

•Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures

•Ability to work independently and in groups
