We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining food processing machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Machine Operation and Maintenance:

• Operate and monitor food processing equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and part replacement.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect products to meet quality and safety standards.

• Calibrate machinery and address any defects or issues.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

• Production Monitoring:

• Oversee production lines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings as needed.

• Record production data and manage schedules.

• Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Collaborate with maintenance staff for complex problems.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of machine performance and maintenance.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Training and Development:

• Train new staff on machine operation and safety.

• Keep up with new technologies and best practices.

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.

• Order and stock necessary materials.

• Equipment Setup and Calibration:
