Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and update clients on the status of their deliveries. Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and concerns by providing effective solutions and escalating issues when necessary. Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, production, and shipping to ensure customer needs are met. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, common issues, and suggestions for process improvement.
