About the role The Associate Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing pricing and sales reports in Microsoft Excel (and potentially Microsoft Power BI), as well as being trained to identify pricing and sales trends and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities Assist in the quote process through data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel. Collect, analyze and interpret large volumes to identify trends, patterns and insights. Utilize data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI). Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data. Prepare and present daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual quote reviews. Support the development and implementation of reports to ensure the business achieves its price realization and overall sales goals. Work alongside and provide support to the Finance and Sales departments. Qualifications Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to learn data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI). Must possess strong skills in both oral and written communication and be able to effectively present information Must have ability to summarize and present information and findings clearly and concisely. Must have ability to work independently and exercise proper judgment Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration/Analysis or related field of study Prior internship or co-op experience preferred. Experience in data analytics software (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
