We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager assists in overseeing daily production operations to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role supports the Production Manager by coordinating workflow, managing production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the production process. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure smooth production flow.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions or workflow bottlenecks.

  • Implement and maintain production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization.
