DoorDash Drive is our hyper-growth fulfillment platform serving merchants across restaurants, grocery, convenience, retail, pharma, and more, on a global scale. Our New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to their success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. As DoorDash expands its scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and further enhance our technical prowess.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants a challenge, is a self-starter, likes interfacing with top clients, and is ready to shape the future of how we think about standardizing & scaling integrated offerings for our merchants. This role is part of the New Verticals Partner Integrations team and is based in Australia. You will be expected to think strategically about growing this business & function, as well as get to the lowest level of detail to understand our product & processes. You will work with product, engineering, operations, business development and other teams to build out world class integrations in the local markets!

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Own the success of our integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders

• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues

• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships, leading implementation and process improvement

• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and merchant insights

• You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

  We’re excited about you because you have…

• You have 2+ years of experience (Senior Associate) or 5+ years of experience (Associate Manager) leading technology integrations / implementation with partners

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and, webhooks

• Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment

• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
