Job Title: Commercial Construction SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 7 years in the field. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of completing several ground-up, turnkey, large commercial projects. The role involves directing and coordinating work on projects with subcontractors, building inspectors, and employees to ensure the work complies with plans, specifications, and schedules. If you have auto dealership experience, it will be considered a plus. Our current projects include a 2-story, 25,000 SqFt High School, a few Airport hanger projects, and several commercial projects.
