We are seeking an experienced quality engineer to build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to meticulous production. This person will be responsible for sustaining a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters a culture in which all employees will actively be engaged in guaranteeing the final product.

Objectives of this role Interpret, build upon, and comply with the company's quality assurance standards. Maintain the complaint, nonconformity, and corrective action procedure using records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for all service lines Identify training needs and ensure companywide participation. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables. Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and report deliverables. Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Monitor risk-management procedures and use problem solving tools to identify and report recurring issues to management. Provide training and support to quality assurance team members, focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes. **Requirements: *Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools *Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills *Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes * Lead with all the related stakeholders all problem-solving events to contain internal scraps and supplier escapes, find root cause and corrective action, make the risk assessment, and standardize through the Lesson Learn * Strong knowledge of technical drawings and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) * Proven experience with main quality tools (i.e. PDCA, Ishikawa diagram/3x5L Why, SIPOC/Process Flow Diagram/Process Flow Chart, Production Control Plan/FMEA, APQP/PPAP, SPC/Run Charts MSA) * Strong knowledge of special processes (i.e. Heat Treatment and Non-Destructive Testing) * Provide engineering support to supplier manufacturing process ensuring consistent application of quality techniques to resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing and materials by leading the implementation of action plans and providing resources * Actively participate to sourcing and industrialization processes to achieve the target of zero Customer Defects * 7 yrs. experience in Senior Quality Engineering * 8 yrs. experience in Machining * 12 yrs. experience in Manufacturing * Lead supplier eligibility assessment, readiness review and surveillance audits * 5 yrs. Experience in CMM or Quality lab function

**Preferred skills and qualifications *Bachelors degree in engineering or related field * Drawing and Blueprint reading * Product design to manufacturing * APQP and PPAP Training * AS9100 Auditor knowledge * Green Belt Six Sigma * ISO9001 Auditor knowledge *GDandT * Develop PFMEA, Control Plan, Process flow, KPI, SPC and MSA
