Alluvionic Operations Analyst in Melbourne, Florida

Job Summary:

Alluvionic is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process improvement initiatives.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support project management efforts by providing data analysis and insights.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further enhancements.

  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and tools as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft tools, Unanet) and strong analytical skills.

  • Understanding of Federal Joint Travel regulation.

  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating all aspects of episodic training events to include travel for all participants. 

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
