Health Advocates Network LPN - Hospice in Melbourne, Florida

NOW HIRING!! Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a minimum of 1 year of recent hospice or home health experience! These are in-home per diem positions for a nationally recognized hospice company in Brevard county, FL, and surrounding areas.

  • *LPN Pay Rate: * Up to $24 hour

  • Specialty: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice

  • *Shifts: * Days AND Nights available, 12-hour shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A degree from an accredited school of Nursing

  • An active *FL * State or compact LPN License

  • 1+ years’ full-time Hospice, Home Health, or LTC experience as an LPN

  • Additional certifications may be required
