Aerotek Electrical Field Service Technician in Medley, Florida

Now hiring a Bilingual Electrical Field Technician , in the Miami area!

Job duties & Responsibilities:

  • 2 -5 years of electrical experience in an industrial setting.

  • Electrical troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and modifying overhead crane systems.

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment at customer owned facilities

  • Work independently, or as part of a crew, to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with equipment in heavy industrial manufacturing facilities.

  • Identify needed parts, repair procedures, communicate with the customer, interface with our engineering department, and perform the repair.

  • Responsible for documentation of hours, services performed, writing service acknowledgements, and working with computers.

  • You will be trained to perform your duties in compliance with NFPA 70E Arc Flash Protection Requirements.

  • Motor control experience on systems with AC or DC power is necessary.

  • You will be trained to perform documented safety inspections on specific types of equipment in keeping with OSHA guidelines.

Hours: 7am - 3pm or 12pm - 7pm

MUST be OK with all hours as it's service work
